No Returns or Refunds

All sauna sales are final. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, no cancellations, refunds, or returns will be accepted under any circumstances.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review product details, specifications, and installation requirements before placing an order. Please ensure that the sauna model selected fits your space, preferences, and intended use.

Shipping is extra and based on order volume and delivery address. Confirmed together with your order before payment is made.

We’ll contact you within 24 hours after you place your order with the final payment arrangement.

Pickup Option
Local customers may select Pickup at AC Forest Facility during checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

Delivery Times
Delivery and pickup times vary depending on order size and location. We’ll provide an estimated timeline when confirming your order.

While refunds and returns are not available, we are committed to supporting our customers. If you experience any issues with your unit, our team will do our best to address and resolve the matter through:

We stand behind the craftsmanship and durability of our saunas. To give you peace of mind, we offer the following limited warranty:

Coverage

• Structural Components (Walls, Benches, Doors, Windows): 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal seasonal use.

• Heating Elements & Electrical Components: refer to heater manufacturer's guidelines.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper installation, misuse, or negligence

• Damage caused by alterations, unauthorized repairs, or accidents

• Natural variations in wood grain, color, or knots (as these are not considered defects)

• Improper use as mentioned in sauna waiver (unless otherwise agreed in writing)

Customer Responsibilities

• The sauna must be properly installed and maintained according to the provided instructions.

• Any warranty claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase and supporting documentation (photos, description of issue, etc.).

• Shipping costs related to replacement parts or repairs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
